Mechakara

Okay, for those of you unfamiliar with him, Mecha comes from what is more or less the real world - just one or two dimensions over and with an extra robot apocalypse, but pretty much the same other than that. He lived with Linkara, the ranty comic book nerd, for a good number of years, so he has a lot of second-hand knowledge of nerdy things. Other than that, though, it's basically just general knowledge; he's not really into filthy human media.

He's not particularly likely to directly tell anyone they're fictional; however, he is a dick and therefore certainly not above utilizing his fourth-wall knowledge to screw with anyone he does recognize. As such, it'd be great if you could just tell me if it's okay for him to recognize them and how much it's okay for him to know.
